Currently, the company’s daily average water supply capacity is up to 1.9 million cubic meters, including a single plant with a daily water supply designed capacity of 1 million cubic meters. Guangdong Hanzheng Testing Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, has CMA-qualified testing capabilities covering a total of 750 parameters for "water, soil, gas, sound, and slag," among which 166 are for drinking water, covering and exceeding the 106 items stipulated in the drinking water sanitation standards, thereby fully guaranteeing the safety of urban water supply.

Overall Water Supply Industry Chain

The company’s Water Supply Division has created an overall water supply service industry chain covering water extraction, water production, water transmission, and terminal customer service, with multi-plant network capability for safe water supply and rapid emergency response, providing customers with one-stop water supply services.

Improved Pipe Network, Domestically Leading Water Loss Control Ability in the Industry and Dual Source Ring Water Supply Guarantee

The total length of various types of water pipelines of the company exceeds 3,100 km. The company has established a miniature model of the water supply pipeline network as reference for urban water supply management planning and large-scale water shutdown decisions. It is also used for simulations of the impact of water supply stoppages and pipeline migration impacts, to help in water supply emergency and operation management. By combining a SCADA system and pipe network model, we have further optimized leakage management, scheduling, and pipe network management, making water loss lower than the industry average all year round.

To adapt to the demands of regional economic development, further satisfy water supply demands of users, and guarantee water supply safety, the company has refined the construction of the pipeline network, realized the construction of a ring-shaped water supply pipeline network in the area south of Beijiang River and north of Beijiang River in Nanhai District, and realized the guarantee of ring-shaped water supply with dual water sources.

Strong R&D Capability in Water Quality Testing and Water Supply Technology

The company is domestically leading in terms of water quality testing. The water quality matches and even exceeds national standards. The Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Urban Water Cycle and Water Quality Safety Technology (Industry-Academia-Research) Cultivation Base, jointly constructed by the company and Harbin Institute of Technology, State Key Laboratory of Urban Water Resources and Water Environment, is the first enterprise key laboratory of water cycle and water quality safety technology in Guangdong Province.

Realize "Same Network, Same Price, Same Quality, Same Service" for Water Supply in Nanhai District, Foshan

Under the joint promotion of Nanhai District in Foshan and its subordinate town and street governments, Grandblue has successively acquired an equity stake in town-level water supply enterprises such as in Jiujiang, Dali, Lishui, Shishan, Luocun, Danzao, Xiqiao (including Yuquan), and Shatou. Based on the newly established water supply subsidiaries and with unified planning and management of each water supply body and water production plant, the company has basically realized the goal of "Same Network, Same Price, Same Quality, and Same Service" for water supply in Nanhai District, resulting in a higher quality of water supply and a more secure water supply, thereby making an important contribution to the economic development of Nanhai District.

Modern Large-scale Water Plant for Safe Water Supply

Nanhai No.2 Water Treatment Plant affiliated to Grandblue is currently the largest water treatment plant in operation in Guangdong Province and has been certified as Grade A (the highest level) in the "Quantitative Management Rating of Centralized Water Supply." The plant’s total designed capacity is 1.38 million m3/d and serves a population of over 2 million people.

The plant adopts the domestically advanced water purification process of folded plate reaction, advection sedimentation, and homogeneous media filter, and has built emergency disposal facilities such as water quality warning system, activated carbon dosing system, and multi-functional emergency dosing system. It is reserved for long term deep treatment processes, and the indicators of the ex-factory water quality are superior to the latest national sanitary standards for drinking water (GB5749-2006) all year round.
